Come Home toYour Body

If you identify as an EDS 'zebra' and/or neurodivergent, you may have tried a lot of things to feel at home in yourself...

Yoga classes that left your joints in pain.

Meditation that made your brain louder.

Movement practices that assumed a body with a predictable baseline.

After decades, something shifts. You start to distrust your own signals, override pain, push through fatigue, and quietly disconnect from yourself.

Over time, that disconnection goes deeper than the physical. It becomes a quiet grief for the loss of feeling safe inside yourself.

What if there was a practice built around your rhythm that honours your body, soul and sanity...

where the only instruction is to close your eyes and let your body lead?

What you'll experience

In this 60-minute session, Kirsty Saint will guide you through a complete Chakradance™ experience, exploring each of the chakras.

Gentle introduction

An accessible overview of the Chakradance™ method and the chakra energy system, so you arrive with context.

Guided dance journey

No choreography or performance, just a Jungian inner journey while your body moves to chakra-resonant music.

Mandala art process

A simple creative process to anchor and integrate what you experienced during the dance.

Reflection and sharing

Space to share or simply sit with your experience in a small, supportive group setting.

Afterwards, you may notice…

A shift in how present you feel in your body.

A softening of stress or emotional tension.

A sense of calm clarity you weren't expecting.

Vivid imagery or emotions surfacing during the dance.

A deep sense of coming home to yourself.

Every experience is different, and all of them are valid.

This is for you if:

You have a connective tissue disorder

You've been wanting an embodiment practice that respects your body's limits. After years of overriding pain and learning to live around your body, you're looking for a way back in.

You're neurodivergent

You're craving a practice that works with your brain instead of demanding it behave. One that gives you space to move freely, and to reconnect with parts of yourself that masking taught you to leave behind.

You're curious about Chakradance™

You want to feel it for yourself before committing to anything deeper. That's exactly what these sessions are for. There's no expectation beyond showing up and seeing what happens.

What is Chakradance?

Chakradance™ is a movement-based wellbeing practice rooted in the chakra system and informed by Jungian psychology. Founded by Natalie Southgate in London 28 years ago, It combines specially composed chakra-resonant music, free-form dance, guided visualisation, and creative process to work with the body's seven main energy centres.

Each chakra is connected to different aspects of your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

A guided inner journey draws on Jungian concepts of the unconscious, inviting images, memories, and emotions to surface naturally as you move. And a spontaneous mandala art process afterwards bridges your inner experience with the outer world, helping you integrate what shifted during the dance.

You move with your eyes closed, following your own body's natural impulses. There's no dance moves to learn, no poses to hold, and no performance.

For those of us with hypermobile bodies and sensitive nervous systems, that matters. Chakradance works with your proprioceptive differences rather than against them. Eyes-closed movement invites your body to find its own spatial awareness without needing to match external cues. And because every session is entirely self-directed, you can adapt to what your body needs.

Meet your guide, Kirsty Saint

CERTIFIED CHAKRADANCE™ FACILITATOR | FOUNDER OF BODYSOULSANITY

I live with hypermobility, meet the 2017 diagnostic criteria for hEDS, and am neurodivergent.

I know what it's like to want to connect with your body while also feeling like it's working against you. The chronic pain, the fatigue, the nervous system that never fully settles. I spent years trying wellness practices that assumed a body and brain I don't have.

Chakradance™ was one of the first things that met me exactly where I was. It gave me a way to process grief, reconnect with parts of myself I'd shut down, and begin to feel at home in a body I'd spent decades working against. I didn't have to modify it, force through it, or pretend my body was something it wasn't. I could move in whatever way felt right, and the healing happened anyway.

I became a Certified Chakradance™ Facilitator because I wanted to share this with other zebras and neurodivergent adults who are still searching for something that fits.
