Chakradance™ is a movement-based wellbeing practice that combines music, free-form dance, and guided visualisation to balance and activate the body's energy centres. It was created 28 years ago by Natalie Southgate, who developed the practice drawing on Jungian psychology and music therapy alongside the chakra system.
Heal Your Life is the signature nine-week online Chakradance™ program. Over nine weeks, you'll move through each of the seven chakras, beginning with grounding and safety at the base and building toward wholeness.
The music for each week is composed to resonate with that chakra, and your movement is entirely your own. There are no steps to learn and no choreography. You close your eyes, and your body leads.
